The Happy Hearts Journal is a soft cover journal of 8.5 x 11 inches in size.
The cover design is in varied shades of pinks, lilac, cream and white with font in white and mustard colour. The colours are in keeping with the colours of our Be a Happy Mom blog and website. The colours are selected to be calming, happy colours to inspire you to get in touch with the journey that is in keeping with your heart, your life goals and your intention for your life. We do recommend that your goals are in keeping with promoting health, goodness and kindness for you, your family and the world.
The Happy Hearts Journal has 130 pages with 320 hearts arranged into simple designs. Every 10 pages are lined pages with a simple heart design in one or more corners or edge. Between each set of 10 lined pages you will find a double page left blank with a journal prompt at the top. Use this page to draw, create a collage or whatever your need is.
